RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 We understand if you aren’t fully satisfied with your order. We only provide size exchange. Our policy at WISHLIST STORE Does Not allow any returns.

Please go through the following steps for your exchange and FAQs.

Step 1: For size exchange please mail support@shopsoniawishlist.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.

Step 2: Mail subject line should have ‘EXCHANGE – name – order number’

Step: 3: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item back to us for exchange.

Step 4: Our team will inform you via mail once we receive the courier.

Step 5: Exchange of size is solely dependent on the availability of size required at the time of delivery to our warehouse (after it passes quality-check). 

Step 6. In case the product required is not in stock, we will process your exchange order in 7-10 working days.

FAQs

HOW LONG IS THE EXCHANGE TIMELINE?

Since a third party, i.e a courier company is involved, the exchange procedure takes 10 working days to be completed. On receiving the garment, our team will take up to 2 working days to inspect the product. If all our conditions for replacements are met, our team will dispatch your desired product, and will notify you via email.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Our inspection team will verify the following conditions, before processing the exchange:
The request for exchange needs to be informed within 2 days of the delivery of the product.
Garments on sale will not be applicable for exchange/return.
The product should be unused and in its original condition. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (Natural body odor, body deodorant, perfume, etc.)
The price tags and the brand tags must be present in its original state.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

NO. We don’t provide style exchange.

DO WE HAVE A PICK-UP SERVICE TO FACILITATE THE EXCHANGE?

We also have a pick-service to facilitate the exchange. However, this service will be chargeable and non-refundable.
In case of the pick-up service, a flat charge of Rs 100 will be applicable. The payment for the same will have to be done by the customer via Google Pay/ Paytm or Bank Transfer. Upon submitting the exchange request, please reach out to us on email id support@shopsoniawishlist.com. Our team member will get in touch with you to help you out with the same. We will not be accepting any other mode of payments for the pick-up service.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on the same day of delivery with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected.  If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product.
